A brief history of our journey
Building Regulations Drawings Expert was born to offer a high-quality drawings to people and business.
We are a family-run business that has been doing planning, building, and construction drawings from pitch to completion for over 15 years, and after more than 1000 jobs delivered, it’s time to offer this type of drawing to a wider public.
Trained as Architectural Technologist and Building Engineers, we cut our teeth on-site as construction managers to jump after to drawing office work. After many years of working as a consultant for several Architectural Practices, Planning Consultancies, and Constructions Companies, we decided to offer the same services but at lower rates, making it easy for the public.
Having worked and managed building and construction projects from 50K to 20M gives us a wide range of construction methods.
We’ll produce a set of drawings like no one else in the market, helping you to achieve a great project without breaking the bank.
